Ocarinas United

Hello everyone,

Because of the dramatic fall in forum activity, I have decided to close Ocarinas United this Wednesday, 9/2/09.

I feel it is a disservice to new ocarinists in allowing posts to be made here if there is no one to answer your questions and offer help. If you have questions regarding the ocarina or just seeking new information, please visit the following sites below:

I have to agree that it was a disservice to new ocarinists, Ocarinar and myself were basically maintaining the forum! And while I can't speak for him, I know it is quite tiring to reply to all the questions that newcomers have!

But I must admit, it is quite sad to see this forum closing down, especially considering I have so many fond memories here!

Is is completely going away or just completely locked? If it is going away, I'll need to take some screen shots for the sake of memories...

I am planning to lock it and leave it up for reference and nostalgic purposes

I guess this forum is closing tomorrow...

Well, seeing as it is closing tomorrow. I will make one last post here.

Goodbye, OU. I will miss thee so. You were the spark that ignited many people's passion for ocarinas into a flame, including my own.

To all those new ocarinists who read this: come to The Ocarina Network, we'd all be glad to see you there.
