Dimensions and how to

ok i can make ocarinas out of clay
i am a potter and have no problem casting
need to know will casting give better sound but more important is
what are the dimensions for an english pendant... is there a web site that has dimensions for the diffrent sizes
any help would be great

Most people, when starting out making ocarinas hand-build them.Once they have worked out the bugs, and decided what shape they like the best, they will cast, if that is their preferred method. No point in making a mold that might not work out. Whether you cast or hand-build, the "voice" has to be done by hand.
What a lot of people do is get an ocarina whose sound they like, and look at its dimensions. The sound hole or "voice" is the the most important part of the ocarina.
As far as I know, there aren't any sites that give measurements. Mr Ogawa's Ocarina Room has some instruction. LINK
