Wecome to the group. If you want sheet music you have to tell me what kind (how many holes) of ocarina you have. Then I might be able to help you.

Oh, well in that case, I have a 10 hole soprano ocarina. It's in the key of E Major and has 11 notes. I wanna try doing a Japanese song. Like a Japanese rock song. Just the main melody, though. Like the vocal notes. Have you ever heard of the J-Rocker Gackt?

Well, Gackt is an artist, not a song. He can sing pretty high too. It's rediculous.

nona, sheetmusic is written in notes, not tabs.

I have sheetmusic of Greensleeves and a version of Epona's Song (aparently a different version that most other's).

I searched for concerning hobbits sheetmusic but I can't really find a good version, so this is one of the first songs I'm trying to play by ear.

Well, does someone arrange the sheet music for the group or what? And how do we know when a new song is posted? I could try to transpose and arrange some music, but it'd take a while.

No, but that sounds like a great idea! Any volunteers?

If anyone can make me some sheet music for Concerning Hobbits, I'll be indebted to you eternally.

:P

I've tried learning it by ear but it doesn't sound quite right.

I have a 6-hole sweet potato from songbird by the way.

Hey Lordceptimos, I have the same bass ocarina as you. But I don't seem to be able to figure out a logical fingering pattern for it (mine didnt come with a fingering chart) :? How did you figure out your's?
