Excellent guided dude! I would suggest putting it on the wiki if you have experience with it.

I have the songbook that includes the tabs for the 12 holed ocarina. Should I try scanning that?

There are many different types of 12 holes, but the English pendant is universal.
That is why I posted only the pendant picture tabs and linked to the blog that contains STL 12 hole fingering charts.
