Ocarinas United

Greetings, W17DC4T/WILDCAT here to say hello. I'm but a mere dilettante but I do hope to improve my skills to be worthy of respect but alas I still have far to go. This will be the second or so month since I first took up the ocarina and since then I have amassed a small collection searching for the right sound for me and I believe I've found it in the bass, its resonance can be felt in the chest while its peacefully mellow tone lulls me into a state of content, this a shame they be so pricey.

Currently I have Focalink bass 6hole pendant along with a 10hole Songbird bass ocarina in the key of F. Besides those two I've also received a purple clay triple tenor as a gift ,though I've yet to learn how to switch chambers on the go, and a adorable 4hole ladybug pendant from Whistle Works. I should also mention I have no background in music theory so talks about pitches and keys will fly right by.

Well that be all of it, I am most happy to become a member of this fine website honoring the Ocarina and its practitioners.
