Means "rock."
Are you sure you don't mean "Head"? because "ceph/cepha" is a Greek root word meaning "Head".
@ OcarinaMan333: How about you try what I usually do? I have three ways for getting ideas for names:
1. Derive a name from Mythology (it's a plus if it's pertinent (for example, "Kokopelli" on an ocarina site, etc.))
2. Take a favorite/cool sounding terminology and adapt it. (My usual name is "Kissaki", which is the Japanese terminology for a sword point. I like the way it sounds)
3. Come up with a cool-sounding combination of words and translate it into a foreign language of your choice (a dictionary (and at least basic knowledge) of said language greatly helps) In fact, that's how I got the name I use here; "Donnerschlag" roughly means "Thunderstrike" in German
