Just a chance, but anyone else here love Okami? Aren't you excited they're releasing it on Wii? Oh I am! Such an awesome game! I can't wait to try it out with the new controls! :D

i really like that game, but sadly i still never finished.

if i had a wii, i would definitely get it.
it would be awesome to draw using the wiimote instead of the analog stick.

Hell yeah, I'll definetly snag that game when it comes out here in Europe! (We have to wait longer for it to be released anyway...) I never had a PS2 unfortunately, so I'm really excited about the Wii-version!

Well they're not planning on changing too much so it all hangs onto if they can change the controls smoothly enough. :P But yeah, that game was meant for the Wii and you won't be disappointed because it's got such an engaging story that it's hard not to get lost in this game for hours! :D It's definitely worth the wait! I'm just happy to see someone else interested in this game. :D :D

I love okami, myself, the story, music and all. Definetly meant for the wii, yes! Only thing, and I am finding this with many games these days, is that it is TOO LONG. The story could have easily ended at 30 hrs, but they used a cheap convention, I thought to extend it (I won't spoil it for you)! LOL. I felt like it dragged on after that. I believe more people are complaining that games are getting longer and longer, and companies might start to scale back the time.

lol. it is pretty long.
i thought i beat the game because i beat the dragon or whatever who i thought was the last boss.
and then the story still went on.
then i stopped playing.

I wanted Okami since the release on PS2, but I don't have a PS2 so I really had not chance to play it, but I still want this game badly, and since the annoucement that it's coming to Wii, I am spyched out because I own a Wii and the only thing I'm doing now is waiting for the game. Hopefully is more killer than the PS2 version, even though I don't know what the PS2 version was about.

Yeah, they're trying not to alter it too much just for those new comers to experience it as it was meant to be. There was a nice interview in Nintendo Power a month or two ago about it.

As for it being long, I can agree on that although I'm usually very sad after beating a game. It's like.. what do I do now? :P

That CD is awesome! My bf got it awhile back. The entire soundtrack is worth the money too. ^^
We've got the art book in Japanese, been waiting forever for the English one to be released! Oh yes! So beautiful!
I need to finish it myself too, but seen my bf play it so many times, it kinda ruined playing it. haha!
