From my uderstanding of this "karma" system, maybe we could have everyone to look at why this person has good or bad karma through the sent messeges to boost or lower it, but shouldn't reveal names in case of privacy issues depending on the sent reply. But it's just an idea though.

Well, I agree the Karma system is too easily abused and not *really* nesscessary...but when you log in and someone has given you a karma point for helping them out, it does put a big smile on your face, and a warm and fuzzy feeling :) Cheaters don't feel that, hehe merely the shame of knowing they cheated :)

tuneofwind- As for topics not concerning ocs- that's why there are off topic sections in the first place! Off topic is a good way to get to know everyone in the community :) And just for fun too :) We're here to make friends, have fun AND here to learn and help each other :)

EDIT: I would also like to mention that I have received some undeserved karma, I don't know how much but if a mod or admin could remove it,
I would like that, thank you!

I also had -15 negative karma just because I gave one person -1.

I used to have +16 karma, I think the -15 was undeserved. I even announced it, and kcajblue is like "LOCKED".

The point is, they can't do anything.

Karma is private. Only we can see the karma.

The only way it woulld be possible to edit karma would be to go on the Database this forum is hosted on, and then delete it there.
