Yoshi's Story Tabs

I'd just like see if anyone would help me tab out the basic tune to the Yoshi's story game. For those who've played the game the one I'm looking for is the song you hear after you've beaten the game and then you get to see your story read back to you. For those who've not played the game it's track number 48 on the full soundtrack titled "Yoshi's tale". It's a nice song and i feel would be very well expressed though the ocarina. I have a 12 hole so I'd be looking for 12 hole tabs first but I'm not against all styles coming up with a tab.
