OH MY GOD!!!!!!! That's it. I want a Maparam. To be prefectly honest, I'm dissatisfied with my STL. It's well built, but what musical instrument can't play dynamics? And the acute bend, good lord. I love you Mr. Min Soo Kim!!!!

Have an STL? Want to play dynamics? I have the solution! Well, Min Soo Kim had it first, but I refined it. When you play any note (this is assuming you're sitting down), bend down like you're bowing. I mean literally bend to about 75 degrees. The volume will decrease on any note. You might get a bit airy on the higher notes, but it is what it is.

Cool, acute bend eh, the charts that he provided me with had that texts already, I guess he just added that recently =D

Oh and I suggested to him that he adds the enharmonic equivalents for the sharpened notes =P

They really seem to love playing that Pocohontas song. I wonder who started that trend

I hope i can get it right. i must be doing it wrong. i never have good posture when i play my ocarina any ways. and my ocarina has other problems.. so bad that its not a normal note any more so i don't think it makes a differnce.

Wow! Thanks for this tip, I got given an ocarina for my birthday but as my teacher speaks Korean I couldn't explain the difficulty I have with playing those high notes. My first go trying this and it solved all my problems. Cheers.

Maybe it's just me, but it makes my high pitched notes sound better on my Tenor C WPN ocarina.
