My mental age CAN be:

10 when I'm hyper

50 when I'm arguing about politics and law reform

80 when I'm talking about my back and ankle pain

20 when I'm listening to music

I'm everywhere in the age range.

I'll be 27 this saturday...so depressing! Scarily close to 30, yet mentally I feel about 21 or so (and apparently look it too)
But still....depressing....
Then again, when I see all my old school friends who are married with kids and mortgages, while I'm single, having fun, still living with friends,travelling the world, and studying my for my Graphic Design degree....I breathe a massive sigh of relief!

Now if my Mum would stop pestering me about 'settling down' and the super scary K.I.D.S.-word (as if she doesn't have enough grandchildren already), I'll be happy

I'm turning 25 this year and can't say that I feel tied down to any age in particular... in fact, someone asked for my year of birth at work for some reason, and I accidentally gave my hubbies @_@. So yeah... quite the disconnect.

Not too many of us *little* kids. I turned 14 on FebRuary 22. Thats the same day as my good friend George Washington. :shock:

Whenever I go to a bar with my girlfriend (she's 23) they ask for her ID, and not mine

they reactions are great when they see she's actually 4 years older than me, not the other way round
